Bridge will not display thumbnails for H.264 and .mov

Bridge stopped displaying thumbnails for .mp4_H.264 and .mov But ~ Will display .mp4_H.265

Worked great up to a about a week ago.

I have cleared cache - Updated Computer - etc- Read all the fourms and tried most of the fixes - Still not working - What am I missing?

Please Help.

Bridge Version 12.0.0.234 on a Mac 10.15.7

Sorry to hear about this. Please go to Bridge's Preferences > Advanced and enable "Use Software Rendering", let us know if it helps.

good morning - It doesnt help at all - the only video thumbnails I can see we ones the are codec - H.265 -
