Bug: Right click requires repeated right click to work in panel that's inactive. This is a new issue with Bridge 2023 (13.0). Watch the attahed video. This is annoying and problematic.

Hi @Wes Duenkel
I'm not fully sure if this is a bug or an application/OS dynamic. Let me explain.
On the Mac, if you have two applications or two folders side-by-side, and you are alternating between the two, first you have to click to let the OS or application know that "Hey, I'm talking to YOU now," then do what you need to do. From what I'm observing here in Bridge, it's very similar — but not consistent. And that is curious but not horrific. I have to admit that a user, probably as long as you (since Bridge. v. 1),
As I was testing this, back and forth between any kind of panel, in each case, the first click was to let the application know I was now working with "THAT" Panel, and then I did what I wanted to do.
I'm not sure that this is a bug, but I cannot speak with authority since I've not noticed a change, and you say you have noticed a change.
Adobe is reading all of these forum threads, and they will note if this is an issue or not. Sorry.

This is a "new" behavior. If it's a byproduct of the panel behavior, it's a problem. Here is how the previous version of Bridge worked. Notice no repeated right clicks are required:

Hi @Wes Duenkel
OK, thanks for that video. What's interesting is that when you r-click on the "header" of a Panel, the r-click options show up immediately. But, when you r-click on the contents, that requires a "get attention" click, and then the r-click works as you'd expect.
I suspect that this is a "cause-effect" of the multi-Content Panel dynamic. If so, this may stay and not be fixable. But for that, I'm guessing.
