Can't Create or Edit Export Presets in Bridge

When I try to edit or create a new Export Preset in Bridge, I can't change any of the selectors in the dialog box. It worked once for me, but when I went back to edit the preset I had made, it wouldn't work to either edit or create a new one.

For example, the "Export To" selector, the "Format" selector... NONE of the selectors work. They appear to start to expand, but only a blue line shows up on the bottom of the field, no choices come up.

Fields such as "Preset Name" and "Scale Image" where you type a value into the field DO work. The slider that sets "Image Quality" also works. The selector fields are the only things that don't work. The dialog is useless without them.

Would appreciate any help or insight into this issue.
