Can't preview/thumbnail some DJI DRONE videos

At some point, I must have changed settings; I know when, but not what.

In Adobe Bridge, prior to a certain date, videos taken with my Air Mavic 2s showed thumbnails / previews fine.  After that date, it just shows the .mp4 icon.

Any ideas?

Hello Mike,

Could you please try the following:

• Search for any processes related to dynamiclink on Activity Monitor (mac) or Task Manager (Win), and kill them.

I'm having the same issues, can't get a thumbnail to generate and a can't preview video.  Works fine through Media Borwser in Premier.
