Can't show photo ratings in thumbnails and camera settings (e.g., shutter speed, iso) in ACR's previ

I am running the latest 2023 version of bridge under Win 10 (64 bit). 
(1) In the past I was able to view my ratings of each photo in the thumbnail display on the left side. Now, with the latest version, I cannot figure out how to show this. The display of ratings in thumbnails is essential to the way I post-process raw files. What can I do to rectify this problem.

(2) Also, when I select an image to be shown in the Preview mode, I cannot see the camera settings  (e.g., shutter speed, iso, and lens aperture) under the file name in Preview. How can I rectify this problem?

Hi, maybe are you in thumbnails only mode (Ctrl+T)?

could you post a screenshot so that we can see what you see?

did you reset the workspace ?
