Change creation and modification date

Hi all

I'm using Bridge to organize and categorize my photos. I have noticed that by giving 1 star or putting a color label, the photo modifies the date of modification and creation. This is a problem for me because I use backup tools and I don't want it to copy all the photos again . Is there an option that does not modify these dates? I understand that this happens because these parameters are saved in the photo itself and not in a hidden file in the same folder path.

I have found information about labels, but not about the date change after la el photo

The file is modified by adding a label. So yes the modificastion date changes as it should,
