changing camera raw file to jpeg

I've got eight thumbnails I've edited in camera raw settings selected.  I need to save them as jpeg files so I can send them to my instructor.  How do I switch the camera raw files to jpeg?

You can save them directly from Camera RAW or use the Export feature in Bridge.

First you click here (upper right corner of ACR):

 

And then go to the dropdown menu on the top:
