Error in Rating images in Fullscreen mode

i m getting an Error in Rating images in Fullscreen mode. the right side number keys are functioning as up down n sideways keys instead of rating numbers. this error is just with my one PC other one is working  fine. pls let me know how can i reset everything on bridge. i tried uninstalling the app n deleted the C drive bridge folder but nothing helped

Got Help from adobe Help customer care.  turning off Num Lock did the trick. thanks
