I am consistently having Bridge resize images on Custom Export even when I set the scaling to 100% and incorrectly sizing images when I specify Fit to Long Edge. They are all shrinking down to about 5% with almost every image going to 252x189pixels when the originals are
Original Files are HEIC (iPhone) and exporting to Jpeg quality 10.
Anyone know what I could possibly be doing wrong?

I'm still having the exact same issue - renewing this question. Same thing happens with Workflows - even though there is NO resize component in my workflow (only file type converstion) it's still resizing my HEIC images to a postage stamp size.

Just tested on Bridge version 12.0.2.252 - The downsizing to 320x240 @Deleted User still happens for HEIC files. I tested the same workflow on jpg and ARW's and the workflow seems to work as expected - converts to jpg with no resize.

It's specific to converting HEIC ios files to any other format using Bridge workflows as far as I can tell.

Same issue here, is there any fix?

I am having the same issue: HEIC to JPG conversion and also the Workflow option makes the resulting JPG files tiny. I think the HEIC thumbnail is being converted instead of the actual image.

Same here. Really annoying.
Bridge version 13.02.636.
Converting files with extention HEIC, image resize 100%, will result in very tiny unusable JPG files.

Same problem, it's so frustrating because the ONLY reason I am trying to export from .heic to .jpg is BECAUSE my LrC does not recognize the .heic files in the first place (but hey, Bridge does, and so does Windows....). Anyone here also experience problems or inability for LrC to see .heic files?

Pretty ridiculous that we pay hundreds of dollars a year for a product that can't even manage the file format of the Most popular consumer camera on the planet. I mean this ticket has been open for two years..... yikes......

My LrC v13.01 renders and edits HEIC files quite OK. So I don't know if it is a problem with differences in PC or Mac, and operating systems.

I have the same issue. When exporting through Bridge the pictures are downsized significantly. When I instead run them through a batch process in Photoshop the pictures come out in the original size. I am using Bridge v.14.0.1.137 and Windows 10.

This is borked, does ADOBE even know of this issue? Seems a little rediculous to have so many updates in the last few years eyt this feature, thats very much advertised, doesnt even work!
Bridge sucks!

I am still having the Same problem on WIndows 11 with Bridge 14.0.1
How can this still be unfixed? This is SO annoying, Adobe is getting worse and worse, Photoshop really is the last proper Programm that they offer and the only on I haven't found a valid replacement for.

Same problem here. Bridge 14.1.0.257. PC.
Let's all ask for a price reduction due to deficit in advertised features!

Getting the same issue here. Win11 Pro, latest Ver of Bridge. Takes any HEIC photo & resizes it to about 320x240. Adding a resize to 100% did nothing since that step couldn't be performed before the conversion (would not operate on an HEIC file).
I want to believe that a huge company like Adobe would do better work, but boy am I dissapointed at how they do such a poor job on things like Lightroom CC and this. Seems like management is just chasing AI and other trendy gimmicks while allowing core functionality to languish.

Note: using Bridge 14.1.1.274, Win 11 Pro, V22H2, Photoshop 25.9.1
Photoshop will properly resize using the image processor batch script, but I was hoping that Bridge would do the same thing. Alas, this resize problem makes it unusable.

Same issue here, Windows 10 and Bridge v 14.1.1.274. Since I'm paying for this, I'm already paying for software that should be able to bulk convert this. Now I'm going to have to look for a tool and probably buy it.
I tried a lot of different settings: scale to 99%, resize it to a larger size ... nothing works. This is really frustrating.

Same problem, Windows 10, latest version of Bridge. Workaround for the time being; I go to Photoshop and save as jpeg and it works. But what's up Adobe?
