Flickering in full screen in 13.0.3

Windows 10 – latest version
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB - with two monitors

Flickering in full screen.  If I revert to Bridge 13.0.2.636 then the flickering stops.  I have not seen flickering in earlier versions of Bridge.  It began with Bridge 13.0.3

No other applications on the PC see flickering.  It is only Bridge 13.0.3 in full screen.

Me too. The flickering happens on all Abode products when trying to open a photo file, on Win 10.
