How do I:

  • Select a Folder
  • Search that folder for all modified file..ie: jpg, psd etc
  • Once those files are located show the corresponding raw file for those images.

I want the search results to only display the matching modified file and it's corresponding raw file.

What mechanism would be used to indicate that a file has been “modified” (filename, metadata such as label, rating, keyword etc).

What mechanism would be used to indicate that there is a relationship between a raw file and a derivative file (filename, some sort of metadata etc)?

This answer has been marked correct by kanikas100, however I wonder if the original topic creator tipaga feels that this is the case?
