Question

I am only able to enter one keyword at a time.

Once I select a second keyword, it removes the first keyword.  Each time I select a new keyword, it removes the previously selected keyword.  The only way around this is to click on a new photo/video and then click back on the file that I am working on.  If I want to add 10 keywords I need to do this process 10 times.

What method are you using to add your keywords?

Are you using the Keywords Panel for example?

Thanks for the reply!

Yes.  I am using the keywords panel.  I do see the keywords being placed in the metadata (keywords field) once I do select a keyword.

I will be watching the video, hit pause and then try to add keywords.  The problem even persists if I move the slider for the video back to the begining.

If you are viewing the video using some other software, then the file is technically open and you will not be able to write any metadata to the file until it is closed.

I think that the only way around this is to view the video in the Bridge Preview Panel then you should be ok.

Look in Bridge Preferences and check under Playback that the option "Play Video Files Automatically When Previewed" is checked. Looping is also an option.
