import my keywords

I have all my photograps in a hard drive. I was using a stand alone bridge and recently decided to go to the CC. How can I import the key works in my photograph files in my hard drive to be read in my new bridge CC. Las time this happened to me I vaguely remenber they are stored in the appdata in my hard drive. 

Could someone help me import them
