New Here ,
Aug 08, 2022 Aug 08, 2022

Adobe Bridge - Photo Downloader cannot download images as there is no Source box.

The a system error: Photodownloader.exe appears.

"The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCR100.dll was not found".

I have reinstalled Bridge but this has not rectified the problem.

I am using Window 11 on a PC.

I am experiencing the same problem using Windows 11. When I insert my memory card from my camera into the card reader, I get the same error message. All the research I've done says MSVCR100.dll file needs to be in the system32 and SysWOW64 folders which it is not. I tried downloading it and droping it into those folders, but that did not help.

I believe this is a Visual C++ Runtime library, look for updates on Microsoft's website.

I reinstalled all the Visual C++ on my computer but that did not help. I finally just gave up on Adobe Photo downloader and use Nikon Transfer 2 to download my digital images.

Have you tried updating the Visual C++ runtime software? You can download it from Microsoft's website.
