Keeping Getty stock video keywords in Bridge

Hi folks,
How do I retain the Keywords that the lovely people at Getty add to video clips?
Stills don't seem to be a problem, but there are are none when I load video clips in Bridge (11.0.2.123) running on Windows 10.
I've ticked all the boxes in the metadata choices in Preferences.

(Be gentle, I'm VERY new to Bridge).

Same question here.

Getty Images (www.gettyimages.com) files - clips or images - come with some TAGS on it's metadata.
Something like this:
counsellor; legal advice; consultation; consultant; counsellor,legal advice,consultation,consultant;
But Bridge search tool can't use them. Is there a way of using them on searches?
