Where does Adobe Bridge CC store the information about stacks (under Windows)?

In the Cache (will it be missed, if the cache is deleted?)? In each folder? In another database?

Yes, this is per folder. You will need to configure your Windows settings to view hidden files & folders.

Then view the folder where your stacked images reside, you should then see a hidden file titled:

.BridgeSort

Which is an XML file that contains the stack info (notice the leading period at the beginning of the filename).
