Metadata changes for group of files - copying File Modified date into File Created date

I have a group of files with no (or just wrong) Create dates, and I'd like to use the File Modified date instead.  Is there an easy way to copy the File Modified dates into the File Create date field?

This is not a Bridge feature, Capture Date can be changed but you'd need some sort of third-party file utility to change filesystem information.
