missing metadata

When I look up a file that I KNOW I have already added metadata to...it doesn't show up - if I add the data - save - close and open another file, the data from the previous file is there....

Please post screen captures showing exactly what you are doing. Also- platform and version of Bridge?

Bridge CC 2018

I previously added data for the PV image on the left, but when I reopen Bridge – all the info is missing from the right panel

If I add info again and save, and open another PV file – the previous info will still be there, but not the info for the new file
