More trouble with Bridge's latest update

Community Beginner ,
Nov 22, 2017 Nov 22, 2017

- Photo Downloader won't download Olympus video files.

- When viewing downloaded photo files, previews look soft, unsharpened and out-of-focus until viewed at full size. Why? This didn't happen on the previous version, and effectively eliminates Bridge as a valuable quick-selecting software.

Hi Ignacioyufera,

Could you please try resetting the preferences of Bridge & let us know if it helps:

Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Regards,

Sahil

Thank you, that seems to have fixed the preview issue.
