No Document Type of "Folder" in Smart Collection Criteria.

Question

Transferred my files to a new computer.  Because of the way Win10 works all the folders get new Created dates.  This makes using Smart Collections in Bridge or LrC since there is no Document Type Criteria of Folder.  Bridge must know of the Folder document type since it can be used as a filter.  Why no Document Type Criteria of Folder?  This is critical for me and I will have to keep the old computer just for PS.  And using PS is hte main  reason I got the new computer _ CATCH 22.  How do I submit a request to Adobe to add Document Type of Folder for Collection Criteria?

Perhaps if you went into more detail about how you are using smart collections and what your search criteria are another options may be found...
