I've tried every solution posted in the Forums, but none of them have worked

Thow out Adobe Camera Raw prefs; Didn't work
Purge cache; Didn't work
Uninstal/Reinstall; Didn't work
Applied recommended settings; Didn't work

Nothin' worked. Half of my image files are Tiffs. Pretty frustrating

Update and AH HA! This was apparently a Camera Raw problem. It seems (and I stress seems) that when I upgraded to the most recent release of Photoshop and Bridge, Adobe didn't update or install Camera Raw (the download and upgrade options on the CC subscription site aren't even available for some reason). So, I got on the chatbox with Adobe Support and, from what I was able to see when they had control of my computer was: Support not finding Camera Raw in my files (2) Downloading it into my file

Hi, @Scott5D82, I've not responded to this because your issue is so unique. I've been working with Bridge from the beginning and I've been working on these forum threads for seemingly forever. Your situation is new.

But I just had an "out of left field" idea. Can you please look at your Filter Panel and see if you have any settings for file type? Below is a screenshot of what I'm talking about. I have two kinds of images in this folder: JPEGs and TIFFs. But, because I've only checked the JPG images, they only show. If I also had PSD, CR2, DNG, etc. files inside that folder, they would not show if I only checked the JPG option. If I were to check the TIF box, I'd see all, OR if I unchecked the JPG, I'd see all.

Maybe you've already checked this out; I do not know. But it's worth an ask.

Beyond that, I do not have any other ideas.

Certainly worth the try, but alas, had no effect. Thanks

Are they larger than the setting of which files to process? Preferences->Thumbnails.

Nope. Bridge isn't generating thumbnails of tiffs no matter what their size. I've go processing set at 100mb and tiffs well under 50mb still aren't getting thumbnailed. Thanks

Could using Sequoia be the problem?

I see thumbnails and previews for Tiffs when using Bridge with Sonoma.

Just be clearer, the support guy did an internet search to find the Camera Raw app at Adobe. It isn't available on the front end of the Adobe CC subscription site at the time of this writing. Most curious indeed.

Anyway, thanks for sending me your thinking on this everyone, the problem was pretty serious for me for scanner vs Bridge reasons  🙂

@Scott5D82  Thanks for passing this on. With hindsight, it seems pretty obvious now, but I'll add this to my quiver of possible issues for any future issues like this.
