No Valid Files Found (iPhone/MAC)

I've searched the forum but most of them are dated. That being said I've still tried without any luck. If there is an update one please let me know and I'll check it out.

Knowns:

iPhone 7+ (12.1.2)

macOS Majave (10.14.1)

Adobe Bridge CC (9.0.2.219)

Issue:

Plug in my phone to pull photos/videos and I receive the following message > No Valid Files Found

Thanks for reporting your issue.

Can you please try below steps and let us know if you are still seeing the problem?

1. Plug in the iPhone.

2. Unlock the iPhone( if it is locked).

3. Launch Adobe Photo Downloader from File-> Get Photos from Camera.

4. Refresh the Device list from the dropdown and select the iPhone.
