No valid files found

Community Beginner ,

Adobe Bridge won't allow me to download raw images from either my Canon 50D or a card reader. I only get "no valid files found." Fortunately, when I plug the card reader into my computer, I can drag and drop the raw files onto my desktop, so I can still get them off of my camera, but, it's not how it should be.

Last week I downloaded 3 updates, so I'm now using:

Photoshop 2021 v22.0

Bridge 2012 v11.0.0.83

Camera Raw 13.0.1

macOS Catalina 10.15.7

Hi MLC,

Go to your System Preferences and select Security and Privacy (found in the top section). Now click on the Privacy setting (last tab). Now click on the lock on the bottom left and provide your Administrator code. Now select the Full Disk Access option and click on the "+" symbol. This will bring up the standard Mac Open window and let you add any application you want or need to have full access. Look for Bridge, select it, it will now appear in that window and make sure it's checked. N

Look for Bridge, select it, it will now appear in that window and make sure it's checked. Next go to the Files and Folders option and do the same thing as above (although there's nothing to check, just add. Close everything down and see if that makes it all work.

Please let me know
