Photos not (always) loading to correct photo-taken date

Using Bridge 11.0.2.123, and Photoshop 22.4.2 on Windows 10 pro 64.

Photos do not always load onto the date taken.  Yesterday I loaded a dozen or so photos taken on 6/12.  I found half in Bridge photo folder 6/12 and the rest in Bridge folder 6/10.

This started after loading the latest round of Adobe updates, including 22.4.2 Pshop.

Thanks, Bruce

Hi @bruceb76700895

We are not able to reproduce this issue at our end. Could you please try purging the cache for the folder on which the problem is occurring. Also could you please provide the following information -

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • Is the issue specific to particular files/formats?

Please share the sample file/files on which you are observing the issue at sharewithbr@adobe.com

Thanks for the response. I've been busy with visitors from home, and will
run another test with a series of photos this weekend, as well as supply
the information you requested. Sorry for the delay, but I've had other
issues which needed attending. And thanks again for the response.

Bruce

What does the metadata indicate?

The metadata of those photos I saved indicates the correct shot date.  I'll shoot a long string today and check again if any show up in the wrong folder.

Thanks
