Unable to Export  PSD to JPEG its taking too too much time, this message showing to me

And it's just stuck right there never ending?
If yes, I have the same issue and support was unable to help me. Hopefully you'll find a solution, let us know if you fix the issue.

First, I do not have a quick solution for either @Betchphoto or @Javeed313029315o6l; I'm sorry; I wish I did.

However, looking at your preset Exports, I see "jpg," "psd to jpg," and "PSD to JPG." Why so many? Have you tried using one of the other presets? If so, what happens? Also, what happens when you use the "Image Processor" (found in Tools -> Photoshop -> Image processor)? Does that work?
