Raw files in bridge

New Here ,
Nov 12, 2017 Nov 12, 2017

Suddenly, I can not see many of my files in Bridge, primarily before 2017. Most, but not all .jpg files appear. Many other fees show an icon that says RAW and indicate ICloud in the extension. What has happened? I have tried many of the suggestions found online, but they must apply to older versions. This happened today before I updated my CC programs. I updated hoping the issue would resolve, but it did not. I cleared the cache, but no result. I changed to View Hidden files, but some folders still say files are hidden. I am at a loss -- thousands of photos lost??? Help!

Thank you. I have found the issue lies with ICloud And not Bridge. My files can not be seen because ICloud actually uploaded my photos from my desktop without warning. So far, I have not been able to recover them. I do have a back up drive, so all is not lost. Still looking for a way to stop the process of files being taken. All suggestions from Apple have not worked.

Hi phyllisw26960958,

Please allow Adobe Bridge to generate cache for your folders containing raw and jpeg file.

Once cache is generated, please check if you can see the thumbnail and preview.

Regards,

Abhishek Seth.
