Recognising .afphoto (Affinity Photo) format in Adobe Bridge

I suspect I know the answer to this but is there anyway that Bridge can be made to recogonse and display Affinity Photo ( .afphto ) files?

As of now, it is not possible to view .afphto thumbnails in Bridge, however, you may share this feature request here: https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family This forum is directly monitored by our developers and they might look into it for future releases of Bridge.

This link no longer works to leave feedback, but I would still very much like to suggest this as well! It seems as though after 4 years this would have been implemented!
