recognizing the camera for download

New Here ,
Jan 31, 2017 Jan 31, 2017

I recently, and mistakenly, upgraded my Mac to Sierra and now my Bridge will not see my Nikon D7000 for download. I have a license with Bridge, therefore I cannot simply update my app, so I'm told. How can I get Bridge to find my camera for download. Thanks!

Hi Ann,

Yes, it should work. However, you need to make sure that your camera is compatible.

Hi keithpix,

Can you try uninstalling Bridge CC 2017 and re-install using Adobe Creative Cloud application.

Thanks,

Deepak Gupta

Again, I do not have Creative Cloud. I have "license"....as I was told. So I cannot re-install. My Bridge app is Adobe Bridge CS6 5.0.399

To Sahil - I am having the same problem, but working w/CS5 Bridge/Photoshop & CS5.5 Indesign.  Will reinstalling the software work in this case as well?

Thanks,

Ann

Thanks Sahil ... I have 2 Nikons that have always worked w/Bridge in the past.  However, at this point, I'm considering going ahead and buying the latest Photoshop upgrade ... & was wondering if you know if that also will include the upgraded version of Bridge.

Ann

Great - I just hope this will enable the Bridge download of my photo images - there will probably be other advantages to having the new Photoshop release as well.  Thanks again - you've been very helpful.
