Shrinky Dink: HEIC export to JPG = exports ~10% of original image size, no way around it

No matter what I do with resize options, I can't export jpegs (from .HEIC iphone images) without shrinking the image to ~10% of what it was before. For example 4032x3024 HEIC image becomes 416x312 pixels: no matter if resize is set to 100% or some custom resize "along long edge" is set to arbitrary number.

No such problem with PNG, sized 100% (except it changes DPI to 300 and changes gamma? slightly)

I'm using the latest version of Adobe Bridge, updated today, on Windows 11, pretty decent machine.

I just wanna batch convert these HEICs to Jpegs! Please don't make an Adobe CC subscriber of many many years have to download a utility to do something this simple.

I Have a similar Problem with resizing in the "Worklow" Tab... it just ignores the pixel target that i input and exports just 1px in height or with.
