Slash across thumbnail

Does anyone know what the slash across a thumbnail means? They are both Photoshop PSD files. The one on the left is the original, the one on the right was "Saved as" another name to see if anything changed. I don't see anything in the metadata that's different from any of my other PSD files. TIA!

Hi there,

That doesn't look like a typical experience with Adobe Bridge. Would you mind telling us which version of Adobe Bride along with the operating system version you're working on?

Also, it would be helpful for us if you can share a sample file with us. We'll be able to review the file and try reproducing the issue at our end. You can upload the file to the Creative Cloud (or any cloud service of your choice) and share a download link here.
