Hi,

We're sorry about the trouble while trying to launch Bridge. Are you getting an error while trying to launch Bridge directly? If yes, what's the error message? What error/prompt are you getting while trying to launch Bridge through Photoshop? Have you tried to re-install Bridge to check if that helps?

You can check if Bridge has the necessary permissions on your mac using the steps mentioned below:

1. Go to the System Preferences for your Mac, then Security and Privacy, then select the Privacy tab.

2. Then select Accessibility from the list to the left & check if Bridge is added to the list with a check mark in front of it.

3. If Bridge is not a part of the list, please add it by unlocking the window first using the lock at the bottom left, then clicking the + icon & navigating to the Applications folder.

4. Also, grant permissions to Bridge under Full disk access located in the same list as Accessibility.

5. Once done, restart the Mac & check if it helps.

You can also try resetting the Preferences of Bridge using the steps suggested here: https://helpx.adobe.com/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html

Let us know how it goes!

Regards,

Nikunj

Hi Nikunj,

thank you very much for your reply.

I resolved this problem cancelled Bridge and installed 2021 version - old version - and reinsalled the last one 2022.

Now it works fine.

I will consider your solutions next time it will appens.

Thank you. Have a nice day.
