Hi there. I'm having an issue previewing Webp images in Adobe Bridge. I have just aquired a new Macbook and for some reason Webp images don't preview, however I am able to preview them on an another Macbook using the same version of Bridge.

Any insight on how to fix this would be great. Thanks.

Hi, @Drew5C31,  at first thought, I do not have a clue, but I also would like more information.

Since this is a new MacBook, I am going to assume it's an M4? Please verify? Also, please verify the OS #.

Also, where are these files located? Can you see other, non WEBP images (e.d., JPG, raw, PNG, etc.) and are any of these in the same folder as the WEBP images?

And lastly, have you set Apple's preferences for permission to view/access items in folders on different drives, desktop, etc.? I'm sure you've done that on your old laptop, but since this is new…?
