Workflow converting and resizing images

Hi everyone, 

 

when i convert and resize imagen in the Bridge Workflow and i do want to upload those later to a website, the website does not accept the images as correct files. i get an "file damaged" notice. 
First i thought it is my website  -but i get the same info, when uploading to tinyjg for example. 
Is there a setting to avoid that?

Could you share the following details about the issue:

  • Bridge version
  • System configuration
  • Are you using Export or Workflow?
  • Please share your preset Settings.
  • Is the issue specific to particular files/format?

Hi everyone - i had to figure out how to reproduce the problem. I did a small video (you can ignore my speech ) that shows step by step whats goin wrong.

System is win 10 with i7 Intel and nvidia graphics - desktop pc
I used Workflow
in video you can see the creation of the workflow - how can i share it?

it looks like it is connected to the JPG system. Not sure

Wow, strange.

 

Can you please go into detail about what you're doing? EXACTLY what process do you have when making these adjustments? Also, can you share one of these images?

 

Also, please add what version of your software you are using and what your OS is (and what version)?

    CR*** that one is none of the images... my failure. I tried on another website - and that one accepted the "jpeg" - my own did not. I am looking for other candidates. SORRY
