I tried uninstalling and installing CC, but I am continuing to get the below error in Bridge and Photoshop.

That's the new licensing verification. Have you contacted Adobe Customer Support?

Yes. Now I am in a sign-in loop and they are unable to fix it.

They have a lot more access than we do. They will have to get you to Adobe tech support to get it working.

It turn out to be that there are issues with latest version. I downgraded to previous version and it's working.
