Blank contact sheet in Bridge CC 2018

New Here ,

So I updated to the new Bridge CC 2018. Very happy to see that the Output module is now an inbuilt feature.

My problem is that when I 'Export to PDF' my contact sheet is totally blank.

Here's what my setup looks like:

And here's what it says when I hit the 'Export to PDF' button:

And here's what the PDF looks like:

And when I open the PDF:

Am I doing something wrong? I deleted any old Bridge CC 2017 output module stuff so my library looks like this:

Please someone help! Urgently needing to generate contact sheets and I can't figure this out.

Thanks!

Okay I figured it out. When I deleted the old Bridge Output Module for CC 2017 I deleted it out of my /Library and not my ~/Library. Once I went into ~/Library I found the old Output Module as well as leftover folders for CC 2017 and deleted them all. Then I restarted Bridge and the contact sheet seemed to be working fine. All of this could have been avoided if Adobe had just kept the output module in the first place (grumble grumble doesn’t understand user needs grumble). I hope this helps anyo

Hi mikkeli4765410,

Could you please try the following steps:

1. Quit Bridge, if launched.

2. Restart the machine.

3. Launch Bridge, and try to create the Contact Sheet once again.

Let us know if you are still facing this issue.

Regards,

Saurabh

That did not work. Did Adobe not test this feature thoroughly before releasing it?

Same issue here, but I never have anything but 2018 on this computer. Trying to make 22" x 22" so I can print proof of al l ourt retouched images on our 24" proofer.

Where exactly the output module, I only seem to have the 2018 and our company is not allowing 2019 yet?
