'Camera Raw Editing is not Enabled'

In Adobe Bridge, when I try to right-click to open a jpg image with Adobe Camera Raw, the above message is sent, followed by: 'Camera Raw editing requires that a qualifying product has been launched at least once to enable this feature'.

If one of you would please explain the meaning of this, and show me how I can fix it, I would be very grateful.

Besides doing what it says in the above posted link (open Bridge, open Photoshop, Close Bridge, Re-open Bridge) there is one other thing you should check. In Bridge, go to your Camera Raw Preferences > File Handling. In the dropdown, make sure that it is NOT set for "Disable JPEG and HEIC support" and put it onto "Automatically open JPEGs and HEICs with settings" or "Automatically open  all supported JPEGs and HEICs", preferably the first though. If it is set on the disable, you won't be able to open a Jpeg with camera raw.
