How can I enable camera raw editing?

When I try and open CameraRaw from Adobe Bridge 2021 I get the following error:

Why is this happening? I have ACR and Bridge installed and it's up to date.

In addition to Bridge, you need to have a "Qualifying Product" by which Adobe means an installed current version of Photoshop or one of the other major Adobe products which are considered to be "qualifying".

Thanks, but on another account I only had Bridge 2020 installed and was able to use ACR with just that installed. Why do I need PS installed when I don't use it just to run ACR? Makes no sense.

It might have had something to do with having a currently active Creative Cloud Subscription on the other machine?
