I made a custom contact sheet. I did drag images into the spaces provided within Bridge. I exported to PDF by clicking the button to do so but no images appear in the exported PDF.

Correct answer Norman Sanders

I just ran a Contact Sheet test consisting of images that were 8 and 16 bit, jpg and pdf, RGB and LAB images. It ran without a hitch. You may want to consider Resetting Bridge Preferences.

  1. Start Adobe Bridge and immediately press Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows) or Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS) until the Reset Settings dialog box appears.
  2. Select all three options--Reset Preferences, Reset Standard Workspaces, and Purge Entire Thumbnail Cache--and then click OK.

Hi,

Can you please let us know what file formats you are using to convert to PDF.

Also , can you please purge cache for these files and try again.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Regards,

Abhishek Seth

I am placing sRGB JPEG files into the PDF. Their file dimensions are about 60" but I also tried files that were only about 2000px on the longest side and got the same result. I followed @norman.sanders instructions and instead of a completely blank PDF, now it is starting to work but only printed the footer, just the footer only. Not the header or the images with titles.

Still not working.
