PLEASE HELP! folder empty - files disappeared in Bridge CC 2018

I did my culling and editing in lightroom, then during export, the external drive somehow disconnected out of the blue.    Upon opening Bridge to see where the export left off, I discovered the the folder is now EMPTY.  I've purged cache, updated Bridge and searched online for answers - finding nothing.  PLEASE HELP.  I can't find a phone number for adobe and don't know what to do.

****If I open my drive in finder and click on the folder - files are there.  NOT VISIBLE IN BRIDGE.

Also, in LR, if I 'search for missing files' - it brings up my exported jpeg edited version in a different folder that I exported them too ....no sign of the RAW files.
