CC Libraries Loading Super Slow

Just in the last few days my CC Libraries are loading really slowly and sometimes they never load. I've done all the troubleshooting on this page and NOTHING HAS WORKED!

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/creative-cloud-libraries-panel-doesn-t-load-in-desktop-products.html

All my apps are up to date. I'm on Mac OS 13.7.4.

PLEASE HELP!

I am expereincing the same issue. I'm not sure what casues it therefore a screen recording of a frozen screen will not be of any use. The CC libraries panel in the desktop apps simply freezes and a restart of the app is required for it to work again.

  • Mac OS 15.1
  • Creative cloud desktop apps
  • Latest versions of all apps.
  • Latest version of Creative Cloud (6.7.0.278)

Hello @McK8 and @jongo.studio  and others, would any of you be able to provide a video documenting the issue you are still seeing, and as importantly, any reproduction steps? We would like to see recordings to be certain of what step any slowness is occurring at, how long it is actually taking, whether it's the same issue for different people, and the context/steps to reproduce. Logs will also be very helpful to troubleshoot further especially for a loading issue--please see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html on how to collect logs. (Note: Rather than closing all apps as the instructions say, it is ideal to collect logs immediately after reproducing the issue so we can go to the end of the logs to see what is going on.) Additionally, if you haven't already mentioned it:

1. What OS are you using?
2. What application are you have the issue in?
3. What version of the application and is it up to date?
4. What version of Creative Cloud is installed and is it up to date?

Thank you, and we look forward to assisting you futher.

I'm having the same issues.  Only way to fix it is to quit Illustrator and restart it.  Today is a really bad day.  I'm on my 7th or 8th restart and the day is not over yet.

It is ridiculous. I must have spent forty-five minutes on the phone with a “tech” (the “support” part was questionable). The person on the other end would always begin a sentence with my name, which seemed forced or an act of obfuscation; we even went to a shared screen for a long while. But basic things like not knowing some of the basics left me pleading to have a higher-level tech. At the end of the “help” session she said in a couple of days (after analysis of the situation regarding my missing libraries) a tech would get back to me. NEVER. HAPPENED.
Instead, I got an email from Adobe saying that they had never heard back from ME. I was not asked to reply to them with information or anything--was not given an email to respond to, just this email saying that they had not heard from me and THEREFORE THEY CONSIDERED THE ISSUE/TICKET CLOSED or RESOLVED.

Unfortunately, with the chaos happening on many levels on so many fronts in the world today, I feel that instead of admitting to ineptitude or at the very least SOLVING an issue that clearly is a rampant clash between OS upgrades and software/creative cloud incompatibilities, it is far easier to blame the client, and leave them hanging, abandoned as if they did all they could—which couldn’t be farther from the truth. I have used Adobe for decades. I am completely discouraged.

Same issue here. I'm on MacOS Sequoia 15.5 and Creative Cloud Library Synchronizer Version 4.10.8, and the libraries are completely unresponsive. PLEASE fix! This is a major disruption in workflow.

Yes, me too only just tried to import some 3rd party purchased libraries from various creators and they import but don't update too quick and they automatically synchronize to the cloud.

1. Do you know if there's a way to make them work directly off the hard drive where they're installed

2. How do we stop library auto cloud sync?

Hope it's fixed soon for us.

Same exact problem here. Running MacOS 15.4.1, Adobe CC Libraies Synchronizer version 4.10.6. None of my libraries will load at all. They behave as if there is nothing there to click.
