Generative Fill in Photoshop not working

Hi! I am doing absolutely nothing run and editing my own photos that I took of snowboards and it keeps telling me I can't use generative fill telling me I am restricted. Like I said I haven't broken any of the rules and have nothing even remotely questionable in my photos. Why is this happening?

I received that message as well, then it worked temporarily, now it's telling me to Try again.

Adobe Community Expert | If you can't fix it, hide it; if you can't hide it, delete it.

How long do these wrongful block from the generative fill last? Seems I couldnt extend a background and am now not allowed to use feature. Gives no details for how long or why.

SAME. when i click on the link to view more it sends me to an error coded website!!
