Generative Fill in Photoshop not working

Hi! I am doing absolutely nothing run and editing my own photos that I took of snowboards and it keeps telling me I can't use generative fill telling me I am restricted. Like I said I haven't broken any of the rules and have nothing even remotely questionable in my photos. Why is this happening?

Hi @shirsha_9868,

There are multiple reasons you can get that message, so the resolution for the original poster might not be the same if you are getting the message. If you are getting the message, please contact customer support, as @Kevin Stohlmeyer referenced right above.

Did you get the solution?

That's for sure. I was in a panic after I attempted a gen fill and I received a notification is a bright red box telling me that I was suspended from using generative ai due to violating the T&Cs. I tried again...it worked...then I continuously received notices along the lines of, "There was a problem. Please try again." When I went directly to the Firefly page, cliking any of the links opened a blank page.

Anyway, the issue was relatively short-lived but that original notice shook me up a bit.

There apparently was a system problem last night which has since been resolved, based on the discussion I saw in the Firefly Discord. You can check on the current status of Adobe systems at: status.adobe.com.

If anyone is continuing to have problems, please let us know.

Bonjour, avez-vous pu résoudre ce problème, car j'ai le même depuis hier soir ?

after 45 minutes of trying everything, I added "full stop" in the generative fill prompt space and that actually worked. I haven't tried any more so not sure how long it will work but I have tried so many other things with no avail.

Yes. And when it first happened to me in Photoshop, I went directly to firefly.adobe.com to see if I could create something there. But for about three minutes, when I'd click on the text to image thumbnail, the page was blank despite repeated refreshes.

I have an error message saying I am restricted from Firefly and my Photoshop generate fill does not work anymore.

I am trying to expand the sky and it doesn't allow me just randomly.

Hello,

I am trying to use generative Ai to remove items (like light stands, and bounce boards) from my image and suddenly it is saying "something as gone wrong" then it says "we have restricted your access to Firefly due to a violation of out terms of use." What does this mean and how do i fix it? I have never violated anything! help!!!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
