Hello @Maryem Henchiri,

Browser cache (where the favourites are stored) is not designed for permanent storage, so Adobe's use of it comes with some risk: that the favourites can disappear without a trace. Any of these reasons (and more) can cause your favourites to disappear:

  • you manually delete/purge your browser cache or your browser is configured to delete or shrink your cache
  • you run a utility that cleans your computer (and deletes the browser cache)

Hey @Maryem Henchiri

Just to add a bit more information.
Another method that I like to use is
1) Open a Google Doc or Word Doc
2) take a screenshot of the image post to the Google Doc or Word Doc
3) save the link and post to the Google Doc or Word Doc

You can share these links, have access to the links on various devices, and you can see the image.
Cheers

Hello @Maryem Henchiri,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Favourites are stored in the browser cache when you save them. You can only access them on the same browser on the same computer. If you use a different browser or different computer, you will not see them. If you want images to be available on multiple computers, you are better off storing the images in creative cloud (which only stores the image) or save them using the copy link feature, which only copi

If you use a different browser or different computer, you will not see them. If you want images to be available on multiple computers, you are better off storing the images in creative cloud (which only stores the image) or save them using the copy link feature, which only copies a reference back to the generation page, but that link works on any computer.

Unfortunately, your only option now is to go through every favourite on the ipad and save the images to creative cloud and/or copy the link and save it to a spreadsheet or other document.

These references might be helpful on the advantages and disadvantages of each method you can take to save creations:

merci encore

  • you perform a system upgrade or install a new version of the browser
  • your computer is managed by a company/school/organisation which resets things such as the cache after the user logs out

The steps @Oh.N8 list are a safer way to save the information that favourites stores.
