Resizing a shape layer's path does not respect the anchor point

1. Create a shape layer

2. Draw a path

3. Select all the points and do a ctrl-T to make the transform controls appear

4 .Scale it

5. Move the anchor point of the bounding box

6. Scale it again

7. Notice how the scaling ALWAYS works relative to the oppsite corner, and completely ignores the position of the anchor point (I'm not talking about the LAYER'S anchor point - just the "temporary" transform box's anchoer point)

Hi @hellopaul4,

Thanks for reporting this! This is the currently expected behavior for the transform box used for mask & path points. We will take this under consideration as an enhancement to the functionality of the point transform box.

Thanks again,

- John, After Effects Engineering Team
