Hi,

Idon't know if you can help me here but I got a strange behavior. I wanted to try out your Android App (Version 9.0.1) created an account and now everytime I load up a picture it shows totally blue. I can edit it and export it then everything is fine. Same if I try to take a screenshot. In the screenshot all fine. I don't know what's happening.

Is it possible that's a feature of the free version?

Can you help? 😊

Thanks.

Mike

Having the same issue. The issue seems to be caused by the swapping of the red and blue channels while rendering the editing interface.

*environment
Software:Adobe Lightroom Android v9.0.1
Device: Pixel 8 Pro (Android 14 beta QPR2)

*Problem details

When displaying an image in the development module, the image appears to be a negative inversion.

In some cases, the negative image will be displayed normally after a while,
but the same situation will occur when you move on to the next photo.
Also, if you enable HDR editing, the display will not be correct at all.

It is likely that the HDR support is not working properly,

but it is unconfirmed whether similar cases have occurred with other people.

The attached file is a photo of a red beer case (display is broken)

Behavior still the same. @Rikk Flohr: Photography Any progress in finding the error or atleast is it reproducible on your devices? Thanks!

Settings status - adding bug number.

Note: If you are using the Android Beta and you revert to the current public OS version, does the problem remain?

Additionally, the team would like to collect your device's Android OS Build number. Please post it in the comments.

Out of nowhere, from one day to the other the app started opening photos in some weird high contrast/inverted color mode that can't be turned off. All warm tones are displayed as blue among, and the image as a whole appears dark, basically redndering  the app is unusable now.

For a company of this size such a product breaking bug is embarassing, leaving users without the ability to use a service they are paying for. It is at least to be expected that the team is trying to fix this with the utmost urgency and compensate users for the downtime.

Wrong forum, but the problem is already fixed in Lightroom Mobile version 9.1.1

It seems that it was caused by some change in the December update for Pixel 8 phones.

The first picture is when im not active in the app (in this case switching to another one) the other two are when the app is active... I cannot find any reason for it.
