        Greetings,

         

        We would like to collect lrcc_console.log files from anyone experiencing this crash. 
        The file is located at: Library>Application Support>Adobe>Lightroom CC. 

        If you can gather a file after a crash and report back here, I will collect it from you.

        I click on the launch from the creative cloud app and lightroom does not open and just crashes. I have done everything to fix the issue. I have downloaded the classic and it still does not run. Please help.
