Updated to the latest After Effects yesterday and now when I try to use AME to render AE comps all my footage is color bars.  The renders work fine from the AE render queue, but I can't work on AE while it's rendering....

I have the same problem.  I had to come back to second to last version in order to finish the work.

@TalonProductions Thanks for your reply. Just want to understand whether your input Codec is H264 in mxf or it is output (exported) file's codec? If it is output codec then what was the input codec?

That's the camera codec from a Sony FS5 in UHD 100 mbs.

The current output codec is Prores 422 HQ

I have talked with Adobe Support, they think there is a bug in Media Encoder last version (they tested in Windows and Mac with mxf files I have been working with)

It seems to be something in the pipeline from after effects, as I downgraded ME and it still didn't work.  I'd guess it's a path error....
