im currently facing this issue when trying to download any audio files, i cleared cache, changed browsers, logged in and out with no luck still.

It seems that errors have been occurring recently.In the Japanese version of the Community, there is a message that says to contact customer support if the problem persists even after deleting your browser's cache and cookies.

You could still try a different computer, but if the issue is on the Adobe side, that would be of no help.
