Hello

 

im currently facing this issue when trying to download any audio files, i cleared cache, changed browsers, logged in and out with no luck still.

 

my account is for Adobe for Enterprise

It seems that errors have been occurring recently.
In the Japanese version of the Community, there is a message that says to contact customer support if the problem persists even after deleting your browser's cache and cookies.

You could still try a different computer, but if the issue is on the Adobe side, that would be of no help.
