Absturz beim Starten von Camera RAW

Hei, ich habe seit einigen Tagen das Problem, dass Photoshop beim Öffnen von Camera RAW abstürzt.

Die aktuelle Version von Photoshop und Camera RAW sind installiert, der Treiber ist aktuell und auch die Festplatte hat keine Probleme.

Über Hilfe würde ich mich sehr freuen 🙂

Did this start happening after you installed the latest version? What type of file formats are you working with?

You may try resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults and check if that helps. Here's the article for the steps: https://adobe.ly/3ceal5t

Try resetting the Camera Raw preferences:
Hold down the Command key and select Photoshop > Preferences > Camera Raw (macOS*) or hold down the Ctrl key and select Edit > Preferences > Camera Raw (Windows).
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Camera Raw Preferences?"
