Adobe camera raw cc missing app data folder

If anyone can help, would be greatly appreciated. I follow the path to app data in camera raw and there is no folder to place presets. 

I try from in the app, and also starting from local disk. What it looks like is my computer doesnt even have camera raw installed, yet it opens from either bridge or photoshop.

On windows the User AppData folder is hidden by default.
